Instructor Emma Rainey is offering her version of a total body workout. She will use the Barre, but being a “dancer” isn’t the idea, instead, BarreWorks combines the best of yoga, ballet, and core strength in just 55 minutes you will achieve a full-body workout targeting the hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms. The technique is low-impact, alternating movement and stretching, plus using your own body weight as a natural tool to build elegant, lean muscles, with specific alignment principles to protect your joints. Emma will use her extensive yoga background and Barre training to bring an all new workout style, that includes world music and a groovy vibe!! Come see what it is all about. The first class is free for all students! Please bring a mat and water and arrive early enough to complete paperwork and prepare for class!
