The Ouray County Ranch History Museum opens for the season Sunday, May 25 and will be open from noon-4 p.m. A ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Branding Exhibit will be held at high noon. Chris Whitney, the State Brand Commissioner and Ridgway native-son has been invited to attend the ceremony. The museum will be open Saturday to Members only, with a special Members Party at the museum from noon to 4 p.m. New members are welcome. A Cow Creek lunch will be served both days.The museum is located in the old Colona Schoolhouse, just off Hwy 550 at Colona. For more information, including our lineup of summer events and how to become a member, please visit http://www.ocrhm.org/
