The Telluride Foundation would like to thank the community for the great success of the fourth annual Rundola. We had the largest race yet, with over 350 participants.
The success of the event was largely due to our generous sponsors: Home Loan Insurance, Lumiere Telluride, Telluride Sports, New Belgium, US Foods, Hyperlite Mountain Gear and Salomon. Thanks to our supporters: Telluride Ski & Golf, US Forest Service and the Town of Mountain Village. Oak Restaurant and owners Jill & Robbie O’Dell were gracious hosts, making all participants welcome and well fed – thank you. It was also wonderful to partner with One to One Mentoring; Tara Kelley & Kathleen Morgan with One to One were essential in making this event happen. Graphic designer, Tor Anderson, created great shirts, which can be seen on the brave participants all around town.
Thanks to Cath and John Jett for organizing, timing and making the race a quality event. Thanks to the patrollers who worked the race to ensure everyone’s safety. Numerous volunteers came out in support of the event and community, and we appreciate their participation.
We hope to have even more people participate next year – please consider coming out and enjoying this new tradition (but don’t forget to register early!).
In appreciation of our community,
– Nancy Kerr and The Telluride Foundation
